Design Concept
Versatility and wearability are at the core of my designs. I have always loved wearing
accessories myself but came to notice that a lot of the accessories I wore, were not always the most comfortable - this was especially true for harnesses.
Alongside this desire for comfort and utility, I was also heavily inspired by the idea of accessories that can shapeshift and adapt to different outfits or occasions.
This principle inspires every aspect of my design process, in a way that every piece in my catalogue has at least one alternate form incorporated into it.
Inspirations
Dark art, high fashion, gothic glamour, vampires, avant-garde, fetish wear, rave outfits, shibari rope art, queer fashion, drag, cyberpunk, sci-fi movies, video game characters… to name just a few.
There are so many things I draw ideas from and that inspire the story behind each product or collection. Usually, a simple word or concept inspires a whole design and then the product takes on a name based on this story.
Sizing & Inclusivity
Anyone should be able to wear my designs and feel comfortable and empowered in them. This is why it important to me that there be a range of sizes available, as well as custom sizing options.
My size chart has no indicators of what is ‘small’ versus what is ‘large’, but rather a range of waist sizes.
Materials & Production
The pieces are made-to-order, and I do not believe in mass producing them. Everything is carefully handcrafted, and every strap sewn and cutout individually.
Everything is made with Vegan faux leather, and I source my materials and hardware from within the EU whenever possible.
