Refund policy

Every piece is handmade and made to order, so due to this, I am unable to offer refunds.

I do, however, offer exchanges for pieces that arrive in the wrong size or do not fit correctly. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to contact me about an exchange. Any exchange requests after this time period, will not be possible.

Please note that the same production time of 2-3 weeks is needed for me to process an exchange and make your new piece or fix the returned one.

If applicable, the cost of any return shipping will need to be covered by you. When returning items, please send them back in their original packaging or in any other small shipping box with protective filling.
