How to Measure Yourself

Waist

To measure your waist, use a measuring tape and wrap it around your body. Measure the length in centimeters starting from the middle of your waist (just above the belly button) all the way around and back to your starting point.

Over the Shoulder

To measure for over the shoulder, drape the measuring band over your shoulder and measure the length starting from your waist over the shoulder and all the way over to the back of your waist.

Neck to Waist

To measure from neck to waist, start by placing the start of the measuring tape at the back of your neck and measure the length from that point all the way down to your waistline.

Multiform Measurements

To measure yourself for the Multiform, wrap the measuring tape around your neck (as shown in the second image below) and measure the total length starting from the middle of your back all the way around and back to your starting point.
Your ideal measurement should fall somewhere within the range indicated by each size. The lengths indicated are the total adjustable length.

Measuring your Neck (for chokers)

Wrap a flexible measuring tape all the way around your neck. It should rest comfortably against the skin and not be too tight. Mark the spot on the measuring tape with your fingers and make a note of your measurement (in centimeters).
